Birthday Party Request Form

The ATA Theatre Party Package includes:


* An hour of theatre games & mini-performance prep in our facility and state of the art theatre, rented for just you and your party!

* Choose your own theme…FAIRYTALE, SUPERHERO or HOLLYWOOD.

* A mini-performance starring the birthday child and all their friends with costumes, set & lights. The birthday child can choose either a mini-play or mini-talent show for their performance. Preference will need to be decided at time of booking. (Parents are welcome to sit in the audience and watch)

* A half hour in your private party room! ATA supplies themed balloons, themed paper products (plates, napkins, cups, plastic spoons, forks, and knives) and provides all of the set up and clean up on your day!

* 1-Sheet party pizza

* Bottled water & juice boxes

* Parties include the birthday child, their siblings, and 15 additional children! (extra children may be added, for an additional fee, up to a maximum of 30 children total)

* 2 ATA staff members trained in theatre education to facilitate activities, performance and birthday activities.


Pricing and Policies:

The cost of a party is $350.00. Parties are non-refundable. Parties must be paid in full to secure the date.

There is a $10.00 per child fee for every child over the 15 children included in the party package (not including the party child and siblings). This will be paid the day of the party. All children who are participating in the performance are counted. 30 children is the maximum number of children allowed for a party.  There is no charge for adults to attend. 

Additional food, cupcakes & cakes may be brought in at the expense of the families. (Candles must be brought by family)

Digital or Printed invitations may be purchased at an additional fee.

Dates are scheduled based on availability. Each party is booked for a 2-hour time slot. Families may arrive 15 minutes early with additional items.

A $50.00 fee will apply to any requested change in date or time for the scheduled party, up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled party.  Party times and dates may not be changed within 2 weeks of your scheduled party.  Parties are non-refundable.
